How long does shipping take?
Once your order is packed with care, we ship it within 1 to 2 working days. Ninja Van usually delivers within 2 to 4 working days across Singapore.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
Shipping is always free. No minimum spend, no hidden costs. At the moment, we only ship within Singapore.
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares and ships it via Ninja Van Tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as it is on its way.
How can I track my order?
You will get a tracking link by email when your parcel is dispatched. You can also check the status anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number.

Where can I find information on sustainability?
We’re committed to making choices that are better for the planet. Each collection is designed with longevity in mind, using responsibly sourced materials wherever possible. You’ll find sustainability notes on individual product pages, or you can read more on our Sustainability Commitment page.
Can I see your certificates?
We work with trusted suppliers who comply with ethical standards in fabric sourcing and manufacturing. While we do not currently display individual certificates, we are happy to answer any questions directly — just email us at support@labelfare.com.
Where are your products made?
Our pieces are carefully produced in small, ethical workshops in Europe and Asia, depending on the style and fabric. We only partner with manufacturers who meet strict standards for working conditions, quality and transparency.
Do you offer samples of your product?
At this time we do not offer physical samples. However, we provide detailed descriptions, fabric info and high-quality photos on every product page to help you feel confident in your choice. Still unsure? We’ve got a 30-day return policy just in case.
